Hardeep Singh began his pharmaceutical career in 1987 as a Medical Representative. With a postgraduate degree and an MBA, he spent 18 years in leading multinational pharmaceutical companies, gaining deep expertise in sales, marketing, product management, and business leadership.
A National-Level Shooter, he developed the discipline, precision, and focus that later became the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey.
In 2002, he founded Genesis Biotec Inc. with a vision to build a trusted Indian pharmaceutical company. Starting with just 10 products, the company has grown into a diversified healthcare organisation offering 1,000+ products across 10 specialised divisions, covering pharmaceuticals, dermatology, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, wellness, and specialty healthcare.
To strengthen manufacturing capabilities, he established Trugen Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. in 2006, a WHO-GMP-certified manufacturing facility. He later founded Bio Atoms, another WHO-GMP-compliant manufacturing unit focused on advanced skincare, cosmetics, and contract manufacturing.
Today, under his leadership, Genesis Biotec Inc. continues to deliver quality healthcare solutions while empowering business partners across India through innovation, ethics, and excellence.
